By purchasing a course, publication, or access to a course or publication, you are purchasing one personal license to our content. You are not allowed to share or distribute the content in any way. Public Safety Training LLC and/or Michael Elerick retain all rights to our content.

Terms and Conditions

Public Safety Training strives to provide the lowest possible cost for our training venues, and we do this by maintaining close oversight of our business practices.

A significant amount of staff time is spent processing each attendee into a course, coordinating course materials, and instructor travel and lodging. Instructor accomodations are not made less than 30 days prior to each course to ensure a courses minimum attendance is met to cover course costs. Your assistance in understanding the below Policies will help to maintain low training costs.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received 30 days prior to a course date are eligible for 100% refund.

Cancellations received 14-30 days prior to a course date are eligible for 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before a course date are not eligible for a refund.
